SHIPPING & TRACKING - We shipped our orders by USPS Priority Mail (3-7 days), USPS First Class Mail (5-15 days) or USPS Express Mail (1-2 days). You need to specify what type of shipping you want or we will send it by USPS First Class Mail. If your order is taking more time than expected there is a good reason for the delay. TIME FRAME FOR CUSTOM PRODUCTS - Custom gauges and Hvac panels can take about 5 to 25 labor days & EL Glow panels take 1 to 7 labor days before we can ship it.

RETURNS - If you have some problem with your order contact us immediately at caribbbean_custom_designs@yahoo.com. Please as soon you receive your order, check all the content for any incorrect item received. All items returned for damages or incorrect item sent will be replaced with a new item with the same specifications that was originally ordered no change of this specifications will be acepted. If you want a refund of money will be deduced 20% of restocking charges. The shipping charges will not be refunded and any returned item the buyer will pay all shipping charges. Any returned items must be send back only if are uninstalled and if are in the conditions that was shipped. A copy of the invoice is required to returns and refunds.
